• Responsible for overlooking and managing a shift in AA Rosette British Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Room Service.• Responsible for directing and guiding team members to achieve departmental targets• Create and give Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) training to team members.• Interact with external and internal guests via e-mail or telephone.• Making sure department reaches GSS (Guest Satisfaction Survey) target every month.• Performance reviews on a monthly basis. Performance contracts every 6 months • Managing inventory and beverage stocktake every week.• Drive team members to maximize sales and revenue through up-selling.• Conducting interviews and recruiting new staffs with manager when necessary.• Handling guests complaints and organising guests inquiries.

• Flexible service within F&B department (Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, Bar, Mini bar and Conference)• On Occasion team leader for dinner up to 5 people on the shift, delegating duties and planned inquiries.• Responsible to open breakfast in the morning alone and closing bar at night alone.

• Responsible to check-in and out guests and handle a shift.• Deliver right information and resort products to guest.• Responsible to answer internal and external telephone calls for reservation.• Making VIP letters daily and arranges delivery of them.

• Responsible for running a shift and cash up end of the day.• Gained knowledge of food handling and wine service.• Delivering and communicating Korean food knowledge with guests.
