Served AIV by owing the full HR lifecycle of employees from recruiting to termination, employee relations, payroll, and benefits, globally. This involved working across 2 entities, 12 branches, in the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, and Dubai, including union and non-union employees. I also assessed and recommended Total Rewards offerings, negotiated vendor contracts, and worked closely with the VP of HR for ad hoc projects.

Served PinnacleART in a wide variety of HR disciplines. I started by fully supporting the Inspection department, including assisting with recruiting, testing, and on-boarding field workers. I grew to specialize in global payroll and benefits, and global mobility. I worked with vendors, negotiated benefits contracts, and sourced solutions to issues caused by growing pains. I recommended and then implemented a domestic mobility plan to cut over $200,000 in anticipated relocation costs over one year while providing excellent options for our relocating employees. I believe my biggest accomplishment during this time was as professional as it was personal. I was a dedicated full-time employee, and a full-time student, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree focused on Marketing and minoring in Economics. I graduated with honors, backed by the National Society of Leadership and Success, and earned several recognitions through them.

Served Primerica by taking a proactive approach to recruiting, on-boarding and training talent. I also served external clients by obtaining my Life Insurance License through the State of Texas to allow me to offer bespoke financial solutions better to help them reach individualized goals utilizing proprietary software.
