Ohjaamo Tampere is a one-stop Guidance Center aimed at people under the age of 30. Ohjaamo offers assistance and support in various topics, including housing, finance, education, employment, and free-time. As a Coordinator, I have various responsibilities relating to both digital services and the overall day-to-day operations of Ohjaamo. My main responsibilities include outlining possible digital services to be used at Ohjaamo Tampere, discussing with the service providers, and assisting and supporting employees in the use of digital systems, both new and old. While my role is not directly customer-facing, part of it includes helping out with the customer service of Ohjaamo, including helping our customers with the ICT problems they might face, such as joining Discord Servers, installing and using apps for applying jobs, and so on. I am also responsible for building and maintaining collaboration regarding digital services within City of Tampere, such as the Youth Services, as well as with other Ohjaamo Guiden Centers from other cities.

My responsibilities included updating and development of tamperetyonhakijoille.fi website, a site aimed at people seeking for work in the Tampere area. I was also the administrator for the City of Tampere Employment Services' Moodle LMS, responsible for both development and user management. I also acted as the back-up admin for other digital services used within the City of Tampere Employment Services.

I was selected as the Vice Chair for Worldcon 75, World Science Fiction Convention, organised in Helsinki Expo and Conference Centre, Finland August 9-13, 2017. The convention had over 7000 attendees. The role consisted to managing four divisions within the organisation, focusing on helping the Division Heads with their tasks and acting as a liaison between various divisions and areas. This was a fixed-term volunteer position.
