My general purpose is to supervise, administer and coordinate the staff and resources related to the certification department. I am responsible for the entire activity of the department.

Prepare an analysis report, for the decision relating to certification. Ratio analysis is performed based on evaluation reports and related documents available, including analysis reports.To keep track on changes of standards ( EU Regulation and national standards) which are applied by Ecoinspect and inform the staff of any changes respectively.Activities are carried out according to Quality Manual.

Research

• To organise and carry out inspections (write reports, file documents). Inspection is done with the company car.• To evaluate inspection reports and elaborate certification recommendations• To contribute to the accreditation process of Ecoinspect • Activities are carried out according to Quality Manual• To communicate with the clients • To review and up-date the documents of Ecoinspect as assigned by the General Manager• To carry out information sessions or develop written information for the clients on the new requirements of the inspection/certification procedures
