Renee brings her unique background – corporate executive who led large teams with multimillion budgets, nonprofit CEO, fundraising chief, and communications director – to her clients’ needs. She provides strategic counsel to organizations undergoing capacity building, redirection, rebranding, change management, or crisis, with practical and implementable solutions. An award-winning communicator and gifted public speaker, Renee has counseled, coached and trained a wide variety of individuals and groups – from Fortune 100 CEOs, to nonprofit boards, elected officials, Nobel Laureates and professional athletes. She is sought after for her ability to readily assess each client’s needs, formulate strategies and implementable solutions, bring teams together around shared goals, and inspire sustainable change. She also is in demand for her leadership in community and philanthropic organizations. Renee co-founded the firm in 1994 and worked with dozens of clients over the next 13 years. She subsequently held Executive Director and CEO positions in two nonprofit organizations, and returned to the firm full time in 2015.
