Terapi formen som tilbydes hos mig er baseret på CooKids Programmet.CoolKids programmet er evidensbaseret kognitiv adfærdsterapi, som er særlig redskabs- og målorienteret. Programmet blev udviklet i Australien på Macquarie University i Sydney og er sidenhen kommet til Danmark via Aarhus Universitet, som har oversat programmet til dansk.Cool Kids programmet indeholder konkrete teknikker og enkle metoder som gør det nemmere for forældre at hjælpe deres barn med at overvinde angsten og håndtere de udfordringer og bekymringer, som angsten giver i hverdagen.
