As the COO of Iskra, a leading industrial company in the region, I oversee the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the business, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, profitability, and innovation. With over 8 years of experience in this role, I have successfully led and executed multiple M&A transactions, corporate restructuring projects, and sustainability initiatives, resulting in improved performance, growth, and competitiveness for Iskra and its stakeholders.I am also a co-founder of Industrial Park Belgrade, a real estate development company that aims to create modern and sustainable industrial and commercial spaces in Serbia. Additionally, I serve as a member of the supervisory board at IEDC-Bled School of Management, one of the most prominent business schools in Europe, where I contribute to its vision, governance, and academic excellence. I hold an MBA degree with a focus on sustainability studies from IEDC-Bled, and a LLB degree from the University of Ljubljana. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and social responsibility, and I seek to apply these values in my current and future endeavors.
