- Managed 7 residential and 3 day program sites for people with disabilities and ensured compliance with State Regulations and adherents to the agency’s policies and procedures- Supervised, supported, assisted, and evaluated 4 Program Directors and over 75 Direct Support Professionals- Responsible for hiring, training, and disciplining of Direct Support Professionals and Program Directors- Responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the supervised programs
