I taught 200+ students annually over 4 levels. I also served as the production director, technical director, and creative director for up to 10 shows annually, including original plays, full-scale musicals, and more. I also produced two competition productions, both of which toured to multiple schools and ultimately won several awards. I designed sets and costumes, and handled all ticketing and marketing, scheduled field trips, and built timelines, met milestones, and kept our ambitious seasons on track.

I house managed our all-ages shows, handled concessions, and ran lights, sound, and projections, did voice-over work for matches, taught improv to high school students, and performed in our professional shows.

I developed the Middle School Theatre program, pioneering the school’s first middle school play and directing/choreographing the middle school musicals. I trained student stage managers and worked closely with our technical staff to provide hands-on, comprehensive technical theater education. I developed meticulous schedules, handled creative design, and worked with stakeholders daily.

As a House Manager at ImprovBoston, I managed up to seven shows a night, ensuring everything from front-of-house operations to customer experience ran smoothly. I covered a range of responsibilities, including bartending, box office management, and ushering, stepping in wherever needed to keep the energy flowing. I handled customer service requests and acted as the face of the company for patrons, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for everyone who walked through the door. With experience using EventBrite for ticketing and event management, I helped streamline operations and deliver seamless events from start to finish.

As a Teaching Artist for the Play Reading Book Club, I led community "book clubs" focused on building theatre literacy and fostering a sense of community in the South End and Brighton/Allston areas. Through guided discussions and interactive sessions, I helped participants deepen their understanding and appreciation of theatre, creating an inclusive space for learning and engagement. These book clubs not only enhanced theatre knowledge but also brought people together, building meaningful connections through a shared love of storytelling and performance.

As the Producer for Emerson’s High School Drama Festival, I created an inclusive, non-competitive theatre festival that brought together high school students from across the region. I worked closely with schools, production management, and graduate volunteers to ensure everything ran smoothly, while also training and leading student volunteers to make the event a success. One of my favorite aspects was restructuring the final ceremonies, giving students a creative and celebratory way to engage with each other’s work. I also introduced social media tie-ins to extend the festival’s reach and impact. I served as a Theatre Education Faculty Assistant, supporting the head of the graduate program with various administrative tasks, ensuring the program operated efficiently. As a board member of the Theatre Education Graduate Association (TEGA), I organized and ran TEGA Fest, a three-day festival dedicated to collaboration and knowledge-sharing in theatre education. I handled administrative tasks and served as a liaison between TEGA and the Performing Arts department.

In my role as Box Office Manager, I managed all ticketing operations and worked closely with patrons and subscribers to ensure they had a positive and enjoyable experience at Dragon. I trained volunteers to handle concessions and hired and trained house managers on the ticketing software Vendini. I developed training materials for both sets of positions. Whether resolving ticket-related issues or providing excellent customer service, I worked hard to ensure that each interaction reflected the professionalism and welcoming spirit of Dragon, creating a seamless and engaging experience for both our audiences and staff.

As an actor, I had the privilege of performing in Theater for Young Audience productions, bringing stories to life for hundreds of school children each day. I toured throughout California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon, sharing productions like "The Canterville Ghost", "Harry the Dirty Dog", and "Charlotte’s Web" with diverse audiences across the West Coast. Additionally, I taught voice, music, and dance through CTC’s summer training programs and served as music director for multiple children’s shows. When I wasn’t on stage or in the classroom, I contributed to the team by assisting with administrative duties and house managing for CTC productions. Balancing performance, teaching, and administrative responsibilities, I was dedicated to creating enriching experiences for young performers and audiences alike.

In my role, I was responsible for assisting in creating essential administrative materials for four sessions of summer camps, utilizing programs such as Theatre Manager and CAMPWISE to streamline operations. I assisted with coordinating with schools and homeschool groups in purchasing tickets for student matinees. I also worked in the box office, selling tickets and handling customer service needs for general audiences.

In my role at Center Theatre Group, I researched potential audiences and assisted in the implementation of targeted marketing strategies for a diverse season of shows, ranging from intimate plays to grand Broadway musicals. I was actively involved in the production of Opening Night events, working to determine the best methods for distributing extra tickets from both the Development and Press ticket allotments to maximize audience engagement. During a transitional period, I also covered essential advertising duties, including budgeting, bill-paying, and copy-editing, ensuring that operations ran smoothly and efficiently in the absence of dedicated advertising assistants.

In my role, I focused on enhancing client engagement and visibility through strategic social media management and targeted marketing efforts. I developed distinctive Twitter personalities for clients’ accounts. By researching blogs that featured product reviews and giveaways, I identified valuable opportunities to promote client products and expand their reach. I also provided daily support for staff projects, effectively utilizing tools such as CisionPoint and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
