Have you ever truly taken time out to think of what in your childhood help to develop your professional character? It amazes me, when I think of the individual I am today and the associated learning from my upbringing as a child from Dickinson, TX. Leadership, dedication, and drive are just view characteristics that describe me. One would think, that as an individual enters adulthood, that their experiences would begin to shape their character. I believe that this process begins even sooner. When I think of leadership, I recall early as a child, my mother preaching to me to be a leader and not a follower; to lead with righteousness, discernment, and respect for others. Employers' yield high praise on my leadership skills and ability to address/resolve difficult situations. To continue, dedication is a quality that not all possess. Dedication is defined as the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose. As a child, I enjoyed every aspect of singing. Engaging in long rehearsals, private lessons, which resulted in favorable chair rankings & Division 1, solo awards. Learning to work hard has transpired into my work performance. Employers' see my work dedication through the production of quality work. Lastly, one must have drive to continue to master personal goals. Growing up in a single parent household, I was driven by financial hardship, and many sacrifices that had to be made. It was through hardship that provided me with the source of strength and power to want more and to actually put my plan to action. As an employee, I am driven the same way. Achieving work goals, beating deadlines, and producing a desirable product are my personal drives. In closing, learning a little about my upbringing was intended to provide you with the makings of my character. I would oblige to connect further to discuss how I could be of help to your organization.
