Throughout my tenure with AVOX, I have worked to define standards of practice for the organization to eliminate production siloes and build a cohesive development team that accomplishes aggressive development timelines and produces the highest quality products for our customers.Prior to joining AVOX Systems, I co-founded and build a start-up R&D organization, providing technical leadership to focus and optimize production, efficiency, and yield.
