Administratively managed a company of 94 CI Agents, Soldiers, GS Civilians, and Government Contractors.

Camp Humphreys, South Korea

Served as the Operations Sergeant Major for the forward Military Intelligence Brigade (Theater) consisting of 5 Battalions and 1,300 members at 14 locations across the Republic of Korea in support of intelligence requirements for Unites States Forces-Korea (USFK), Combined Forces Command, and 8th US Army (8A). Mentored 35 key staff personnel to ensure common understanding on operations, training events, and taskings.

Camp Humphreys, South Korea

Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Company Commander of the only forward deployed US Army Aerial Exploitation Military Intelligence Battalion in Asia. Administratively managed a company of 141 Soldiers, Korean Augmentees to the US Army, GS Civilians, and Government Contractors across 22 sections including Battalion Staff, Aviation Support Operations, Medical, Military Police, and Maintenance.

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Served as the Operations Sergeant for the Battalion Support Company in the only forward stationed Special Forces Battalion in the European Command (EUCOM) AOR. Advised the Company Command team on all operations and training matters for a 165 Soldier Company including tactical and technical training guidance, preparation of area studies and briefings, and the preparation and execution of the Commander's training plan.

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Served as the HUMINT NCOIC in the only forward-stationed Special Forces (SF) Battalion in the EUCOM AOR. Supervised coordinated, and participated in tactical, operational, and strategic HUMINT support to identify current threat groups, threat capabilities, and enemy courses of action to the Battalion Commander, Staff, and 18 SF Operational Detachments-Alpha in support of regional counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, and contingency operations. Administratively managed and trained nine HUMINT Collectors.

Fort Bragg, Nc / Bagram, Afghanistan

Served as the HOC NCOIC for a rapidly deploying Expeditionary MI BDE in support of XVIII Airborne Corps contingency operations. Provides technical HUMINT advice, training management, and readiness assistance to two Battalions and seven Companies. Provided guidance, oversight and management of HUMINT operations for all conventional US Army elements within the Combined Joint Operations Area - Afghanistan (CJOA-A) spanning across all of the CJOA-A in support of Operation Resolute Support and Freedom's Sentinel. Administratively managed and trained 44 Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Government Contractors.Served as the Current Operations NCOIC, Responsible for Brigade and Battalion level staff coordination and assisting in the development, issuance, and execution of Brigade Operation Orders and taskings. Managed over 120 taskings with limited resources while balancing competing mission, training, and installation requirements.

Fort Bragg, Nc / Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

Served as the HOC and G2X NCOIC assigned with the mission of a no-notice, 18-hour Global Response Force deployment mission, providing management of Military Source Operations (MSO) and Interrogation Operations by coordinating, deconflicting, and synchronizing HUMINT missions in the AOR. Responsible for the development of HUMINT scenarios and roles for the proper training of HUMINT personnel across three Brigade Combat Teams (BCT). Responsible for the management and fusion of the HOC and CI/HUMINT Analysis and Requirements Cell (CHARC). Coordinated with the Division Analysis and Control Element (ACE) and subordinate Brigades. Assisted in the planning, coordination, and implementation of Division CI and HUMINT policies and directives. Administratively managed and trained seven Soldiers.

Fort Huachuca, Az

Served as an AIT PSG for an Initial Military Training (IMT) Company in a TRADOC MI BN that trains 1,500 Soldiers annually. Planned and conducted tactical training for IMT and Military Occupational Specialty Trained (MOS-T) Soldiers attending AIT at the HUMINT Collector Course through reinforcement of drill and ceremony, customs and courtesies, and Warrior Task and Battle Drills. Administratively managed and trained over 200 Soldiers daily.

Served as the Operational Management Team (OMT) NCOIC in direct support of an Infantry BN for a BDE Stryker Combat Team (SBCT). Responsible for supervising HUMINT collection through interrogations, MSO, and source deconfliction. Administratively managed and trained 10 Soldiers across 4 HUMINT Collection Teams (HCT).
