I have over 20 years of experience in maintenance and management. I have worked in numerous environments including coal mines, rock quarries, power plants, steel mills, paper mills, and grain elevators. I am a proponent of proficient coaching, astute planning, and keen organization. I believe these are the key ingredients of a safe, efficient, working environment.
