I am passionate about the early education business and have built a career around supporting business owners in providing high quality care and education by becoming as financially healthy as possible.After spending time as a public accountant, I launched my career working as the Financial Director and eventually COO for a growing educational organization. During my 18 years in this role, I created strong financial practices that lead to excellent services in the private education sector, and developed relationships and processes that transitioned companies during and following a sale. I gained a wealth of knowledge in growth strategy, target selection, pricing and negotiation, cultural analysis and post-closing integration tactics, along the way growing the organization from five to 125 sites operating in several states.
