I am a graduate of the University of Technology in Białystok, where I obtained a master's degree in engineering. I started my professional career as programmer. It made me very happy because I treated programming as solving logical problems, which I really like. Later, I discovered that running projects as well as managing people gives a lot of satisfaction thanks to achieving the set goals and, at the same time, it also provides interesting challenges and logical problems that need to be met like in programming. That's how I directed my career towards coordinating. In the course of my work, I dealt with various projects in the IT industry, which is rich in constantly developing technologies what gives the possibility of continuous self development and contact with information from every industry. I ran projects in multi-disciplinary teams and also research and development projects, where activities were carried out not only at own country but also abroad. As a project manager, I developed to the position of General Manager. In addition to dealing with projects, I began to deal with general company-oriented matters and, above of all, what makes me the greatest joy - improving the production processes inside the company.
