• Accountable for successful delivery of 50 mill. deal with various portfolio of solutions and technologies.• Responsible for considering various stakeholders views (business, functional, technical and implementation), over the overall IT solution, by looking of different angels to the situation. • Effectively careful ferret out and balancing the agility, quality, costs, and risks as essentials and create consensus among the stakeholders. • Responsible for creation of Architectural Blue Prints (as per contract), Transformation and Migration Planning of all client IT service to HPE in EMEA, AMS and APJ• Successful transformation, implementation & migration of the all contracted services from HPE side which were: Datacenter Infrastructure including 800+ servers, Network, Cross Functional (GSD) IT processes and monitoring tools, Virtualization, Messaging, Security.• Effectively leading a team of 20+ different technology architects & engineers, helping and coordinating them on functional and technical design activities for solution pieces to come together smoothly at the end.
