Owning a portfolio of Projects and Programmes related to client's network infrastructure.End to end responsibilty for on time delivery of network services ranging from smaller, complex projects to big technology roll-outs covering hundreds of customer sites.- Data Centres, Head Offices: high-speed networking, hardware upgrades, services and hardware migrations.- New site builds: circuit delivery, network hardware installation and configuration, - High-volume technology roll-outs: WAN/LAN/WLAN/IPT services and hardware deployment across large amounts of customer locations.

I led a team of 14 Project Managers and was responsible for a portfolio of 17 customer accounts, consisting both of projects and life-cycle oriented deals. I was fully accountable for the performance of my team in all aspects of project management work being done in an outsourced environment, such as:• Quality of the work performed by my team on the individual projects and life-cycle deals.• Quality of project documentation and reporting including regular audits.• Management of escalations, active participation in managing them.• Team Development (development plans, regular 1-2-1 meetings, trainings and mentoring, internal initiatives).• Other compliance (administrative work around the team, monthly evaluations, attendance and holidays, resource planning, etc.).

Worked as a Project Manager within Verizon Global Shared Services organization. I was responsible for the overall implementation of a projects and served as a single point of contact for the client throughout the projects life-cycle. My responsibilities covered but not limit to:• Provision of professional end-to-end process for clients whilst adhering to Prince2 methodology and ITIL framework.• Coordination of local and virtual teams worldwide.• Responsibility for complex co-ordination of the projects (from orders processing to building a data network for clients).• Communicate in a professional manner with the client to that set expectations are managed and met within the agreed timescales.• Adherence to VzN Global PM Standards, i.e. maintenance of established project documentation and respective PM templates.

Performed in a role of PMO Client Lead (Head of account PMO), supporting a programme of works consisted of 3 projects running simultaneously. I provided project management support in a variety of areas, i.e. change management, maintenance of project documentation, facilitation of meetings, risk and issues management, quality control and repository management.

I supported a team of professionals in a global delivery of circa 88 Contact Centers (Cisco) for a corporate-sized customer. Key responsibilities were:• To manage customer facing Project register including chairing of regular customer meetings.• Tracking and coordinating of Change Management process on the Programme.• Production of Programme level documentation, i.e. RACI, org. chart, process flows, etc.
