The company specialized in the sales, implementation and support of : Microsoft Dynamics GP,SL and CRM. Since 1991, the company has assisted over 400 companies with over 4000 end users in multiple industries and multiple countries. With offices in both San Diego and Los Angeles it grew to be one of the nations largest Microsoft value added reseller for business solutions. The company remains in existence as a holding company but no longer engages in the sales and services of Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions.

Sales Tax Refund Service (STAR) was formed to help San Diego businesses apply for a refund of sales tax that was collected illegally over a 3 year period by the county of San Diego. Over $380M in sales tax refunds where available to be claimed by San Diego county companies. STAR helped over 200 San Diego companies receive refunds including interest. The company was dissolved after the initiative was completed.
