Developed network topologies and implemented structural changes to new and existing networks. Services included Internet, LAN, and local access strategies. Experienced in designing, training, implementing, and supporting multiple LANs, intranets, and extranets for collection agencies, pharmaceutical companies, law firms, and construction/industrial companies. Developed remote connectivity solutions involving VPN, thin-client, and terminal services implementations. Extensive experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.x, Exchange ActiveSync, Palm Desktop, and GoodLink Server. Implemented and maintained a national, managed Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) EVPN network for approximately 2500+ users. Supplemented MPLS infrastructure for smaller sites with Cisco PIX VPN tunnels using DES encryption. Implemented an offsite datacenter for mission critical systems. Implemented an open source solution for workstation deployment. Migrated an existing Exchange 2003 standalone environment to a clustered environment for high availability.
