While working for Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) in the management track, I have developed multiple skills that can be utilized across several disciplines for my continued professional growth. My current administrative focus is operations and warehouse management. I have also acted as interim store manager, for extended periods, while my store manager was absent on special assignment. While in this role, our location received the highest rank in the district for demand conversion; exceeding company expectations with the challenge of a decreased managerial staff during peak season.• Deliver customer service with “Here4U” behaviors.
