- Provide day to day management and tracking of applications, divisional software builds, and new software requests. Coordinate with customers to verify that the appropriate communications are drafted and the correct audiences are notified.- Maintain and monitor reporting for Application Management Services, these reports range from the types of packages within our environment, length that a request has been open and costs to the business.- Complete pre-configuration of vendor media; coordinate and assist with any troubleshooting (i.e. dependencies, security conflicts, and proxy\firewall configurations). Perform documentation and install instruction for vendor media and package.- Application Management\Desktop support in AGT and divisional driven projects

- Provide 2nd level support to Tier 1 analysts for IT supported applications, computer, server, telephony systems, printers and mobile technologies.- Manage application installs, authorize machine rebuilds, and monitor tasks set to remote site support teams. - Primary support for telecommuter program. Providing 2nd and 3rd level support of home-based underwriters. Monitoring and provide reports of all AGT activity associated with the program. Act as a liaison between the telecommuter managers and AGT to communicate any pertinent information related to the departments. - Shadowed with the Network Technical Center (NTC) and became a point of escalation for the CSC. Became efficient with AGT’s network architecture and understanding of monitoring tools, systems, and commands. (i.e. arp, nslooktup, tracert, telnet, and netstat)- Trainer for new Tier1 and Tier 2 analysts. Expand new employee’s knowledge related to the telecommuter program and PRISMA remote divisions. Training includes software, hardware, procedures, and divisional contacts.
