Seeing a need for better quality and services in the roofing industry, South created a specialty roofing company that handles such niche markets as:Industrial spaces such as manufacturing, gas and oil, utilities, bio-med, pharmaceutical and waste water.Commercial areas such as K-12, higher-ed, Federal jobs, and athletic facilities.As former Chairman of Baton Rouge Entergy Safety Committee, Klint lead a trades company to become a nationally recognized safety program.South knows that craftsmanship and good crews are the life blood of any construction company. Responsibilities: Oversaw day to day operations with annual energy transactions over 1 billion dollars. Enforced Tariff rules remain within guidelines of established business practices. Processed Transmission Service Requests based on data analysis and MISO FERC Quarterly Report.Accomplishments: Helped lead Midcontinent ISO to a successful integration launch with Entergy as their Independent Coordinator of Transmission (ICT). Co-Authored a 187 page technical/training document used for integration purposes. Zero tariff violations during tenure.
