Over two decades, I led high-visibility initiatives at companies like Intuit and Booz Allen Hamilton in strategic program operations and change management, focusing on leadership and talent development, economic growth, and global development. Throughout my career, the common thread has always been people and impact, ensuring that individuals, teams, organizations, and communities thrive.A pivotal moment in my life came in 2013 when I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. This experience profoundly reshaped my perspective on family, work, and well-being, reminding me of the importance of prioritizing what truly matters. It inspired my decision to leave the corporate world and dedicate myself fully to coaching, helping others build careers and lives that are meaningful, aligned, and fulfilling. From there, Clarity West was born!
