Role:My role involves targeting, influencing, and qualifying passive talent identified by the Associate Search Consultant to advance them to the longlist stage in the search process. Acting as the project expert, I provide market data analysis to effectively advise and influence clients.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Senior and Principal Consultant to participate in external project meetings to grasp project requirements.Contribute to crafting the search strategy by identifying suitable sectors/companies and candidate sourcing methods.Establish internal delivery timelines and objectives.Utilize our internal search system to update and monitor each approached and influenced longlisted candidate throughout the process.Enhance project presentations with high-quality information, either in 'live data' or report format, including mapping, project status, and longlist.Engage with candidates, assess their motivations, and conduct initial evaluations to determine suitability based on key criteria.Develop comprehensive, content-rich profiles for all longlisted individuals.Gather and analyze pertinent information affecting the search, such as client company reputation, compensation competitiveness, market trends, and talent quality in the targeted area.Produce content-rich executive dashboards to convey market insights.Identify and communicate any project risks promptly to facilitate timely solutions.Skills:Sourcing · Client Management · Market Mapping · Communication · Recruitment Marketing · Presentation Skills · Teamwork · Technical Recruiting · Interviewing · Analytical Skills
