Duties included determining and implementing architecture/technology stack; coaching, hiring, recruiting, and developing technical talent; coding, assigning, and reviewing work products; designing and implementing build and deploy strategy; liaising with customers and functional team members; introducing and streamlining processes including early adoption of agile; onsite implementations.Projects included a centralized show titles management and sharing system; a subscriptions sales application for managing customers, contracts, billing, and revenue in three international regions; a finance application for tracking budgets, spending, sub-ledger, and reconciliation.

Developed major features allowing researchers to pull in past-performance data to predict future television viewership in order to set advertising sales rates. Complex calculations had to be performed, tested, and presented in a way that made sense to experts and amateurs alike. Duties included design, coding, testing, influencing architecture.

Responsible for a dozen HR applications and projects, many with high visibility and political considerations, supporting HR and Properties. Duties included recruiting and hiring, managerial tasks, technical leadership, coding, support, reviews, budgets, planning, and interfacing with customer and partner groups.
