• Responsible for taking full ownership for Product Validation and Certification of Product to ensure the quality of the product is consistently high across the releases. • • Creating thought leadership in the market around Product Management and Product delivery.• Part of the senior management team working on Product Ideation & strategy.• Responsible for managing the alliances and partners to create an eco-system for Product engineering.• Leading all technical interactions with the customers to ensure customers have required visibility on the product technology•Recruitment and enablement of the team.• Defining the performance standards, coaching and mentoring the team to achieve the performance goals.• Responsible for creating a Service Line of Business in Verification and Validation space around Finacle implementations.• Responsible for managing the innovations.

Responsible for end to end Quality assurance to Finacle Product Development. This is a leadership position involving complete ownership of Product Validation function. Mainly responsible for Managing customer expectations, Quality control, Test Strategy and Quality certification of Finacle, Team development, recruitment, enablement, developing competencies, managing employee engagement and satisfaction, stakeholder management, etc.
