My team is responsible for the funnel stage from application to the first payment. The main metrics for the team are the application to payment conversion rate and CSC. As a product manager, I:- was responsible for the content and metrics of Introductory Lessons: Successful Lessons rate, Lesson to Payment conversion rate.- developed, tested, and deployed a new version of the questionnaire. This version increased the conversion rate from application to payment by 2 percentage points and ARPU by 18%.- launched the MVP version of the Trial Period for the Home Lyceum, which accounted for 10% of all Lyceum payments from December to January, with a conversion rate from Trial Period to payment of 5%.- created a Customer Journey Map and, together with an architect, developed a scalable technical solution that allows adding a trial period to any company product.

My team and I tested and implemented several hypotheses, the most successful of which were:Autopilot Lesson: Made part of the lesson self-guided. This reduced the lesson time for the methodologist by 20 minutes, increased methodologist utilization by 30%, and reduced CSC.Demo Lesson: A completely self-guided lesson that students can take anytime immediately after applying. The current conversion rate from starting the Demo Lesson to payment is 20%.
