• Installation/Maintainence/upgrades for hardware, peripherals.• Strong knowledge in supporting Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, & 2010 client issues through extensive troubleshooting skills.• Ensuring all the desktop systems are updated with latest Antivirus Data version.• Installation and configuration to windows 2000, windows Xp, 7, 8 and 10.• Installation and troubleshooting the Windows Related Applications.• Installing and configure Desktop PCs, workstations, networks and local printers.• Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance.
