Current• Recruiter for local manufacturing operations, as well as other locations throughout the US. • Recruit for all levels and departments including senior leadership, production, technicians, and professional staff.• Perform full cycle recruitment activities; use several tools to actively recruit, as well as review applications. Fully understand roles and responsibilities, post ads, review and assess resumes, prescreen and interview candidates, pass along resumes and make recommendations to hiring managers/teams, prepare offer letters, assist with negotiation process, process prescreens and new hire paperwork, initiate onboarding, welcome new employees.• Foster relationships with community partners, as well as hiring managers and executive leadership.• Use ADP and LinkedIn Recruiter.• Develop recruitment strategies, creative ideas to entice candidates, and work on special projects.
