As the first in my family to attend college and someone who came from a low-income household, with an immigrant parent, I care deeply about issues that impact our communities. The work I do comes from a place of passion and a desire to change the systems that prevent people from reaching their highest potential. I also formulated immigration related questions that were used by the Senator in Senate Judiciary hearing.
