A seasoned professional working in Canada's non-profit and charitable sector since 1981. Described as a visionary leader, I possess a Master of Management degree for National Voluntary Sector Leaders, earned from McGill University in 2003. I am passionate and committed to the voluntary sector and have enjoyed numerous leadership roles, in addition to being an active volunteer. I am part of the faculty at Ontario Tech University's Management Development Centre, having helped to create and deliver their Not-for-Profit Management Certificate Program. Some day, when I retire, I intend on writing a book with the working title: Working in Canada's Not-for-Profit Sector - Admin is NOT a 4 Letter Word!
