In a role between the business and IT, I am supposed to make change requests more specific and besides this also participate in developing a process for handling this area.Project management is also a part of the job description as well as other areas where processes and solutions must be corrected and improved.

Different functions in Group IT - primary: - Resource management – participated in development and implementation of SAP PPM based solution. I have been responsible for daily support to Project managers and Line managers for approximately 2 years. I have before this worked with resource management in Excel and MS Project Server based solutions for 3 years.- Change management – CAB (Change advisory board) management and building up relevant material to strengthen the priority process and to secure lower lead time. - Time registration – Participated in implementing a SAP cProject based solution and have acted as super user for the solution as well as the main resource suggesting improvements to the setup.- BI data from these systems – SAP BI solutions and implementation of these- Test activities such as regressions- and user test in connection to releases and service windows, both in relation to PPM, cProjects and time registration- Welcome new IT employees, having an introduction program ready when the new colleague arrives.Have participated in improvement projects in connection to the mentioned areas:- Capacity and Portfolio management projects (SAP PPM module + Excel tools) - Resource management extensions (SAP PPM module)- Time recording (SAP cProject / CAT) - Service desk implementation (CA)- Writing testscripts
