Clinical Supervisor for a team with the REACH program

-Works with individuals of all ages who have an intellectual/developmental disability, who are also experiencing a mental health crisis through crisis planning, intervention, stabilization, & prevention.-Supports clients & their systems through a 24/7/365 crisis line providing real time support & interventions, as well as advocacy & crisis responses to their homes, hospitals, etc..-Co-assesses, coordinates, & collaborates with many systems (family, ER, CSB, police, etc.).-Works with the client & their system to create a crisis education prevention plan, & then trains & supports the system on the crisis plan.-Assesses client’s mental health needs & provides suggested interventions, community linkage & advocacy for the client & their systems.-Advocates for clients in various areas of need- the hospital, treatment team, services, school, day program, etc.-Provides program outreach, community training on topics like trauma & school needs, as well as trains police & responders on Autism for Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT).-Writes & maintains case notes, crisis plans, & crisis stabilization service plans; as well as facilitating admission & discharge calls for mobile supports & crisis therapeutic home services & treatment team meetings.-Discusses and explores other diagnoses for consideration during assessment, along with appropriate interventions-Diagnoses worked with include (but not limited to): Autism spectrum, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, attachment disorders, ODD, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, cognitive delay, physical/sexual abuse, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, depression & anxiety.

▪ Providing outpatient therapy services to adults with various mental health needs that include (but are not limited to): trauma, PTSD, depression, Autism spectrum, substance abuse, anxiety, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, and personality disorders▪ Working with children and adults who are in Crisis at the Crisis Intervention Team Assessment Center▪ Co-facilitating therapy groups that address young adults with schizophrenia, anger management, and variousphases of substance abuse recovery▪ Doing one-on-one counseling with adult inpatient clients at Boxwood Recovery center (substance abuse)▪ Writes and maintains case notes, treatment plans, and appropriate reports and referrals following rigorous HIPAA and ACA standards

-Created a Writing Grading Rubric that all WL teachers can use and Multiple Common assessments for French
-Communicate through a myriad of venues to both parents and students-Presented on "How the Brain learns Language" at Le Congrès de Français

-Taught levels 1-AP, about 240 students one year.
-Headed French club, directing educational activities, fundraisers, and outings.
