Volvo Truck Corporation INDIA - This project includes migration of all the components of their truck trailers from P-CADAM to Pro/Engineer. After creating the 3D models, sub-assemblies and later the whole Trailer assembly was created using Pro/E. Parts and Assemblies are segregated and placed accordingly in Family Tables. Drawings for all the components and the assemblies were created using Pro/E according to the Volvo Standards.b. John Deere, Zweibrucken Germany - The entire components of John Deere (Harvest Machines used for agricultural purposes) were migrated from PCADAM to Pro/E. Migration included casting parts, surface models, sheet metal parts, large assemblies and drawings.c. Ingersoll Rand USA - This was an off shore project which included the Assembly of Cooler Cover End, which consists of 120 parts. This Assembly was done for 2 Stages (Fabricated Assembly and Machined Assembly). I was leading the team and was involved in the Quality Control of the project and interaction with the customer.d. Volvo Truck Corporation - This project involved modeling of Casting and Machining part using master merge technique in Pro/E. The NC Tool path was generated using Pro/Mfg. I was involved in the Quality Check of the parts and in the generation of NC Tool paths for the Pattern and Casting Parts for Fanuc controller.

HI-Tech Gears PVT LTD., INDIA - Modeling and Manufacturing of Ratchet Gear using Pro/E the tool path for the roughing and finishing graphite electrodes were generated using Pro/Mfg.b. Sumi Mother Son INDIA - Reverse Engineering, Modeling and Manufacturing of Carburetor cover; Point cloud data taken form Cyclone Machine was taken to Copy Cad for refinement and finally into Pro/E for splitting the molds and manufacturing.

I was in the CAD/CAM Dept and responsibilities included design and Manufacturing of High-pressure Die-Casting components using CNC Machines.Some Important Project Details at Dolphin Die Cast Pvt. Ltd., INDIAa. Mico, Bosch Group INDIA - This project involved creating the entire tool design drawings for Governor Cover and Governor Housing, and the same was used to create the cutter path for Flat and Ball nose end milling cutters.b. SIEMENS Germany - This project involved creating the entire tool design drawings for IMPELLER, and the same was used to create the cutter path using advanced CAD tools.c. LML INDIA - This project involved mold design, manufacturing and mold proving for the Break Pedal Lever. Because of the complexity of the part all the factors of the die casting was considered and arrived at a complex stepped parting line for 2 cavities and the gating position was chosen such that there was a uniform flow of the metal without any turbulence. The die also contained hydraulic side cores. Detailing for all the components for the die was made.
