I'm an eLearing adviser at the University of Exeter, with a passion for using technology to explore the possibilities of connected and personal learning. In this role I have lead on the development of MOOCs (massive open online courses), helped staff and students develop their digital literacy (in particular their ability to feel confident selecting and using technology to enhance their teaching and learning) and supported staff and students with the University's Grand Challenges (an opportunity for first year undergraduates to explore some of the world's greatest contemporary issues in a week of interdisciplinary research, culminating in a showcase of their ideas). Before my eLearning role I was an instructional designer and IT trainer.I'm passionate about education and enjoy working in Higher Education. I'm always interested to hear about the infinitely creative ways people are using technology to support and encourage learning.
