DEPARTMENT : CUSTOMER SERVICES & INSTALLATIONSALES:1. Enter Sales quotes and orders 2. Respond, Assist & Liase with customers to resolve queries (Especially for End Users)3. Enter sales quote for spare parts4. Liase & deal with suppliers5. Support sales team6. Provides & improves customer service to all clients (Especially on Site)7. Liase with End Users Clients (spare parts, maintenance, service, reinstallation etc.)8. Do Internal Product Sales9. Compile & keep all paperworks & documentation in office10. Estimate & control the costing11. Attend Site visit, Tender Briefing & Site Meeting if required12. Learn & understand the systems included engineering & technical part-Draw single line drawing, do technical data and etc.13. Implement the strategy plan to achieve the sales target14. Sales order management from order entry and follow up with sales or procurement team for invoice & payment 15. Continue improve the company's sales & business16.Maintain good relationship with customers (Past & Present)-greet customers & approach clients-understand what customer's needs-continue to keep customers aware of what's in it for them to do business with company-listen to customer's complaints ; let customers know that their feedback is appreciated17. Establish Key End User Accounts in Sarawak18. Produce weekly or monthly Sales Report INSTALLATION:19. Support Project team on site20. Support to monitor CCTV system on site21. Liase with procurement on goods delivery (included Faulty Units)22. Checked on ETA & quantity of materials on site & make sure the materials are well received 23. Support to list the outstanding works & ensure that the defect lists cleared on site24. Help to Issue Purchase Request to management for the materials issue 25. Produce weekly progress report on site26. Audit Site progress27. Monitor the progress of any projects related to clients
