In my capacity, I devised robust outreach systems, mobilizing over 300 NETL employees to actively promote STEM education initiatives. Through strategic collaboration, I cultivated and managed statewide partnerships with all 55 counties in West Virginia, leveraging relationships with government entities, industry leaders, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and school systems to amplify the impact of STEM education and exposure to the STEM workforce across the state.

Moreover, I curated and executed comprehensive professional development initiatives, facilitating over 20 days of learning experiences from local leaders across the state and providing access to statewide events for Impact Fellows.

I completed coursework in Research Methods, Program Evaluation, Education Law, Education Reform, Politics in Policymaking in order to enhance my knowledge of the policy making and legislation at the state and federal level and to be able to translate complex data into presentations and memos to provide knowledge on education topics. I also completed a Graduate Practicum on School Choice in Rural Communities, while conducting Qualitative analysis of the first charter school to open in the state of Mississippi.

Collaborating closely with the school leadership team, I co-created and implemented school policies and culture, ensuring a supportive and conducive learning environment.
