As Director of DBIE (Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity), Programs and Partnerships, I support the Trustees in efforts to build an inclusive and welcoming environment at all properties and throughout the organization. Working in close collaboration with teams and colleagues, as well as valued partners, I co-create, implement, and manage initiatives and programming that promote diversity, belonging, inclusion and equity.

Member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing leadership, management, and support. Oversee the following areas: Professional development, learning and development, evaluation and assessment; youth leadership, advocacy and activism, and Clubhouse future prosperity/workforce readiness programming. Lead the organization’s racial justice, equity and inclusion work, as well as liaison with Human Resources to develop and sustain healthy and equitable organizational practices that strengthen and deepen cross-team dynamics and ensure The Clubhouse Network is a premier employment destination for the top talent in our sector. Directly supervise 5 employees to manage programs, project plan, achieve deadlines; Serve as an employee coach, mentor and resource to a 18 member staff.Continue to manage and coordinate all professional development opportunities for international staff of 100 after-school creative design studios located in 19 countries.

Manage professional development events, including leadership development and practices around diversity, inclusion and equity, fostering a high-performing team culture. Directly supervise 2 employees to manage programs, project plan, achieve deadlines; Serve as an employee coach, mentor and resource to a 15 member staff. Participate in setting budgetary priorities, strategic planning and new initiatives. Promoted to the leadership team, taking on new tasks as well as continuing with the responsibilities as the Professional Development Manager.

Managed and coordinated all professional development opportunities for international staff of 100 after-school creative design studios located in 19 countries.

Black women are more likely to develop certain health problems than white women. Until the 1990’s, most of the studies of women’s health included only small numbers of Black women or none at all. Improving the health of Black women required more knowledge of the causes of these health problems and also more knowledge about how women stay healthy. More knowledge meant more research. The Black Women's Health Study was begun in 1995 to play a key role in carrying out this research.

The Cambridge Women's Center supports, educates and empowers women. Located in a welcoming, home-like environment, the Center is a safe, supportive space for all who identify as women.The Center provides learning opportunities, support groups, and resources that help women make positive, sustaining changes in their lives and the lives of their children. All programs and services are provided confidentially and free of charge.
