I began my law enforcement career with the Eugene Police Department in January, 2020 as a Patrol Officer. I spent the prior 11 years in various customer service management roles. I pride myself on excellent customer service and conflict resolution. Throughout my experience, I have cultivated proficiencies in various communication styles with an array of community members. I enjoy working in an array of settings, including self-managed tasks and group collaborative settings, including as an active member of three specialized teams within my current role. These specialized teams include PSRT which focuses in resiliency and first responder health and support, MRT which handles tactical response and management of high capacity events, and MCI which specializes in the investigation and reconstruction of serious injury/death involved vehicular collisions.I enjoy interfacing with the members of my community and participating in various community events which provide me the opportunity to connect with those from all backgrounds and life experiences.
