I am obviously responsible for accurate and efficient service for restaurant guests, including beverage and meal orders, as well as payments. I handle my section and additional sidework, while encouraging a fun atmosphere. Behind the bar, I experience volume without losing my enthusiasm. Working at BJ's is fun!As the Bookkeeper, I am responsible for accuracy in all transactions from the previous day, safe counting and verification, money ordering, ordering of office supplies and first aid supplies, all invoicing, and overall just making sure that we are following practices and procedures within our location.

Upon my departure, I was the Bar Manager, Banquet Manager and Training Manager. I was responsible for bar inventory, ordering and scheduling, and then also selling our Banquet spaces, coordinating all large party reservations, and going above and beyond to make sure Brio is THE celebration or meeting destination in Allen, Texas. I was also responsible for all new employee training classes, scheduling, testing and the success of all of our new front of house employees. In my nine years with BBRG, I helped open 16 new locations across the country.

I started as the Hibachi Manager at my location, doing inventory, ordering and scheduling. Then I moved to the Service Manager, and then I was the bar manager, once again responsible for inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
