Vendor relations and management for the annual ECNO Conference

As our District's Senior ITS officer I am responsible for our IT department. Some responsibilities include:- Responsible for planning and coordination of Information and Technology Services (ITS) ensuring alignment with the Board’s Strategic plan and the Board Improvement Plan for Student Achievement and well-being. - Providing leadership to and management of department staff, including all aspects of ITS operations, including the coordination of projects, setting of priorities, preparation and management of the department’s budget- Defining, developing and implementing ITS infrastructures, strategies and initiatives that support all aspects of the Board’s operation for both the academic and business departments- Liaising and communicating with all system users to assist and understand needs including external partners- Identifying and leading opportunities to enhance system process efficiency through effective application/data integrations and enhanced web services.

Provide leadership in project management, project plan development and implementation of corporate systems. Maintain corporate system security, backup-solution and disaster recovery management. Provide ITS team and end-user training and support. Supervise and coordinate project staff, which could include assigning task, timelines and assessing quality of work.As a member of the ITS Leadership team, participate in the development of overall information technology strategies for the board.

Manage all aspects of the College’s Web resources including the OVC web site. Microsoft network administrator and management.Database Driven Web application analysis and development.Web development course instructor for both the College and the University.Member of the University’s Information Services Group.

Management of City of Guelph's Tennis Program.Management of Tennis instructors, including hiring and resource allocation of instructors.Acquire sponsorships for the tennis program.Teaching both private and group tennis lessons.
