As a fitness business owner, I find all my clients, develop and maintain relationships, help them improve their lives, and maintain all functions to keep my business thriving.I attend conferences to meet and learn from leaders in my field, and apply that to each individual client. Finally, I apply all that I’ve learned about anatomy, physiology, assessments, strength and conditioning, and psychology to meet my clients where they are and improve their health and well being.

As an exercise physiologist for the Austin Fire Department, I was part of a team that administered annual fitness and occupational health testing to all AFD firefighters, Austin-Travis County EMS personnel, and special operations police officers. I programmed and led twice weekly workouts for firefighters and medics to build strength necessary for job safety and teach safe movement patterns. This includes creating and leading lifting seminars, instructional videos, and writing weekly fit tips for the department's internal web site.
