Analyzed dataset for 2016 PhysioNet/CinC Challenge “Classification of Heart Sound Recordings”- EDA for the heart sound phase durations- Audio sound wave processing using a filterbank of Morlet wavelets, DFT, peak detection, heart rate detection, pseudo-periodic signal estimation, dynamic time warping. Python, numpy, scipy- Developed an algorithm to align heartbeat sound into a periodic signal and calculate a base heartbeat template- Developed pytorch real-time audio pre-processing module using Constant-Q filterbank, integrated libtorch (C++) with iPhone Core Audio and React Native to build a mobile app to record and visualize heart sounds using built-in microphone.
