Compensation & Benefits -My responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of salary revisions, variable incentives, and deferred income plans for North America. I am responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including manpower budgeting and planning, end-to-end recruitment processes, orientation programs, HR policy formulation and implementation, employee grievance resolution through monthly HR town-halls, implementing employee engagement activities, designing and conducting quarterly and annual R&R programs, HR operations such as payroll inputs, attrition analysis, employee confirmation, and PMS, identifying training needs, conducting various training programs to improve employee productivity, and managing exit management processes.
