Compensation & Benefits -My responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of salary revisions, variable incentives, and deferred income plans for North America. I also handle the annual performance bonus exercise, from budgeting to administration, and provide support to all HR business partners throughout the process and post-exercise for any transactional-related queries.In addition to this, I ensure compliance with SOX audit requirements for all compensation controls, prepare reports for compensation decisions, and monitor budgets. I take pride in my work in creating creative dashboards for leadership reporting.Leadership Integration, Onboarding & Reportingmy primary focus is to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for leaders across the organization. I achieve this by coordinating pre-onboarding connects, training plans, and buddy alignment with the Supervisor and Business HR Manager. I also ensure that the IT team delivers necessary IT assets and host the Executive on their first day of onboarding.In addition, I am responsible for preparing monthly dashboards for leadership, reporting feedback and connecting with various departments to improve our onboarding processes. I also prepare a weekly global master tracker, which reports open/closed leadership positions worldwide, and coordinate with all recruiters to ensure data accuracy. My goal is to ensure the successful integration of leadership into the organization, setting them up for success from the start.

I am responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including manpower budgeting and planning, end-to-end recruitment processes, orientation programs, HR policy formulation and implementation, employee grievance resolution through monthly HR town-halls, implementing employee engagement activities, designing and conducting quarterly and annual R&R programs, HR operations such as payroll inputs, attrition analysis, employee confirmation, and PMS, identifying training needs, conducting various training programs to improve employee productivity, and managing exit management processes.

Experienced in handling contract/lease details with legal and cost constraints, and skilled in conducting research to obtain due diligence data. Responsible for leading research and resolving escalated issues related to landlord accounts, leases, and reports. Verifies accuracy of invoices, works with multiple departments, and audits lease set-up and payments. Manages updates to lease dates and terms, leads special projects, and improves systems and processes to enhance real estate management for customers.

My responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliation statements, monitoring project inflows and outflows, reconciling contractor's books of accounts and advising payments according to PO terms, maintaining a statement of contractors versus customers, data entry of bills in SAP, verifying traveling expenses and site expenses, collecting vendor's bank guarantees and maintaining records, and playing a key role in drafting policies such as Services and Accounts Payable.
