I’m a highly accomplished design leader with a remarkable track record spanning over 15 years, consistently spearheading impactful design initiatives to deliver tangible results for clients and users alike. Working closely with my cross-functional partners, my goal is always to transform complex ideas into stunning, user-centric experiences that provide real value and improve people’s lives.At Nike, I design new and existing functionality for all Consumer Services Athlete tools, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of both consumers and employees. One of my recent achievements was redesigning the Nike Store Performance Reporting app, which is used by all Store Head Coaches worldwide. My design improved the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of the app, resulting in higher user satisfaction and retention. In addition, I have been advocating for more design resources and attention for the Nike internal tools, demonstrating the impact and value of applying the design process to these products. My mission is to make Nike a leader in designing for internal users, as well as for consumers.
