As CIO / IT Head for Novartis Pharma Services (NPhS), I was part of the NPhS leadership team, responsible for developing of IT Strategy for a business size of US$ 1.4B spread across 33 countries. I was responsible to manage the IT budget and delivery of IT services. I lead the team of IT associates across rep offices and represented IT in the NPhS leadership team. As BI domain lead for Region AMAC, I worked with Regional CIO and business teams to formulate the Commercial BI Strategy for Region AMAC and over the period of 2 years, executed various projects & programs to deliver the results, including single regional BI tool. In 2014 I introduced Tableau in Novartis as the standard BI reporting tool.
