As first a Program Analyst and then a Staff Services Manager, I supported the GoGreen Home and GoGreen Multifamily energy upgrade financing programs. In this capacity I performed a variety of program development and administration functions, including research, leading regulatory rulemaking activities, vendor and staff coordination, and stakeholder outreach.The California Hub For Energy Efficiency Financing (CHEEF) pilot programs is a public-private partnership among state agencies and investor-owned utilities (IOUs) to help California meet its energy savings goals by increasing private investment in energy retrofits.

As a tech writer, I was charged with creating expansive and comprehensive user guides for Decade's two major software applications. This required me to be able to:• Translate small but extremely important business rules and functions into a guide which users can easily reference and consume, no matter their level of technical/software prowess. • Promote best practices. • Produce the technical and promotional release notes that accompany each new release of the software to help with adoption. Accomplishments:Useful documentation requires understanding minute feature details as well as the customer's mindset. I built a very productive and collaborative network with colleagues at all levels in the Development department to make this happen, relationships which I was then able to rely on again and again when I switched to a marketing role.
