Engineer by education and trade, I leveraged technical knowledge and people skills first into a career as a Technical Recruiter and now as an HR Business Partner. As my success in this field has shown, my excellent communication and interpersonal skills are best utilized in an extroverted profession. At the same time, I find that my engineering background enables me to better understand the job functions, problems, and personalities of the talent, business, and team. I'm very interested in the Candidate Experience as well as the Employee Experience. It's not enough to find the right people, a successful company will continuously look toward employee retention. My teams and I thrive when I work closely with my client groups to help set the organization up for success.
