CurrentCurrent Tour Manager - Luis AlfonsoTour Routing - Various ArtistsA&R Research - Latin Mafia • Negotiate fees with promoters and other booking agents to secure tour and performance engagements for our diverse booking roster• Supply budgets and reports for approval to upper management for each engagement before, during, and after the execution of each engagement• Develop a budget that meet the needs of the contracts, the expectations of the talent, and stays within the costs outlined for each deliverableo Legal – work with the legal team to make sure that the contracts are error- free and communicate what was negotiatedo Finance – work with the finance team to make sure that payments are being sent to promoters to execute engagements and to artists for completing their engagements o Marketing & Media – work with the promoting team to oversee and approve all marketing and media plans to make sure they are up to CMN and artist standardso Booking team – work diligently with the project managers in charge of executing the engagements to make sure that things are done diligently and time, which includes scheduling and routings, scaling and ticket inventory, reporting, staffing, inventory, production resources, and more• Keep constant communication with management and other talent personnel in connection with bookings, concerts, tours, festivals and other business opportunities• Develop touring and/or booking strategies to support touring/booking department• Continually seek opportunities to exceed company’s expectations and develop lasting client relationships• Create post-event reports including recaps, project evaluation, and overall project results.• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned
