October 2010 I have started a new project for RT TAX as a Head of International Exchanges Department. After it's first successful season we named this dep. -"J-1 Student Exchanges".Today we generate a huge online traffic collecting 6000 to 8000 resumes annually. I am currently managing a team of 8 to 10 young professionals, dealing with 50+ W&T agencies in 20 countries and over 600 host employers in the US. My duties also include a lot of traveling (~6months per year): visiting business partners (W&T agencies), host employers in the US and attending conferences.

For almost two years I worked for JSC „Senukų prekybos centras“ in Construction Project Division. While working in this organization my responsibilities were to ensure a smooth supply of building materials to the "Senukai” company group’s developed projects, such as business-class hotel with swimming pool and sauna complex, shopping centers in Klaipeda and so on. I have also taken care of over 400 wholesale customers and kept active interest in their projects

Summer work in the U.S.. Communication with clients, often responsible for a small group of 3-5 people, service quality assurance, documentation preparation and handling, cargo loading, storage, delivery to the customer.
